On the evening of February 11, 2026, the NOVITA NEW YEAR CELEBRATION 2026 of Novita Ceramic Production & Trading JSC was held in a cozy and emotional atmosphere. With the theme “UNITED TO KEEP THE FLAME – UNLEASHING BREAKTHROUGHS,” the event was not only an occasion for the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, all employees, valued Customers, and Partners to look back on the proud journey of “laying the foundation,” but also a powerful call to action, establishing a mindset ready for an era of professional operation and breakthrough growth.
Closing 2025 – a pivotal year of brave “pathfinders,” Novita has navigated through the most challenging days to transform a windy, empty lot into the shape of a modern factory. Entering 2026 with the spirit of “UNITY – DISCIPLINE – BREAKTHROUGH,” Novita remains steadfast in its mission to “make decent tiles, bringing the essence of Vietnamese ceramics to larger living spaces,” asserting the position of a high-end decorative tile brand with international thinking and unique identity.
From “Laying the Foundation” to “Accelerating to Reach Further”
Delivering the opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia – Founding Member and Head of the Project Steering Committee, shared emotional insights about the past year’s journey: “After a year of construction, installation, and completion – from the first drawings and windy days on the construction site to every production line and every test tile – today we can affirm: The Novita Project is complete and officially operational.”

He emphasized: “This is not just the completion of a factory, but the beginning of a journey to build a high-end decorative tile brand by Vietnamese people. Today’s achievement is the crystallization of team spirit. Every NOVITA tile today carries the sweat, effort, and responsibility of an entire collective.”
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia’s sharing was not only a summary of the Project phase but also an Official Command activating NOVITA’s era of professional operation: Where discipline is strength and quality is honor. Stepping into 2026, NOVITA clearly defines its direction: Stabilizing Operations and Affirming Position. Focusing on quality, processes, and brand reputation so that Novita can “stand firm, stand right, and stand with identity.”
Honoring the “Solid Walls”
One of the memorable moments of the program was the Ceremony announcing the Decision to put the project into official operation and honoring the collectives that made significant contributions during the project phase.

The “Passing the Flame” Ritual – A Symbol of Transfer and Succession
As the most notable highlight, the event atmosphere became more profound and sacred than ever during the “Igniting and Passing the NOVITA Flame” ritual. From the flame converged by the Founding Council – symbolizing vision and unified will – the light was passed to the Board of Management – the “generals” taking the lead – and spread to the hands of every employee at the banquet tables.

The moment hundreds of torches lit up at once, the whole room glowing in the fire of trust, was the most vivid proof of the commitment: “The team has received the order – NOVITA is ready for action!”. That flame was passed with trust and kept by unity, to unlock breakthroughs together in the Year of the Horse 2026.

Bonding to Reach Further
Right after the flame-passing ritual, the moment the Great Novita Family raised a toast marked the transition from “Creation” to “Acceleration.”

The Spring Celebration became even more vibrant and cohesive through “home-grown” cultural performances filled with NOVITA’s spirit and a Lucky Draw section with meaningful prizes named after NOVITA’s product brands: Sevenleaf, Novita, Sababa, Peaktect.

Notably, the program concluded with a beautiful image: All Novita members, regardless of rank or department, held hands tightly in a circle of connection.
